MOORE, Okla. (WKRC) — Authorities have arrested the “individual responsible for this incoming winter weather.”

According to a statement issued by the Moore Police Department on Thursday, law enforcement officers arrested an individual said to be responsible for a potentially historic winter weather system expected to move through the area in the coming days.

The individual in question is seen standing in a blue, glittery dress with sheer sleeves and has blonde hair that is styled in a braided pony tail.

An officer standing off to the side can be seen holding what appeared to be a tiara with a colored gemstone affixed at the center.

In a previous post, law enforcement identified the suspect as "Queen Elsa," telling community members "there's a storm brewing" and that she is "clearly to blame."

"Unfortunately, she already unleashed her powers before we could make the arrest. The winter storm is still coming," authorities wrote. "Drive slow, buckle up, and watch for slick spots over the coming days. The cold never bothered her anyway, but it will bother your commute. Stay safe."
