
25-Year-Old Woman Who Overcame Liver Cancer: “5 Foods You Must Avoid No Matter How Much You Crave Them”

At the age of 25—when many people are still carefree and enjoying life—Ms. Tran (China) was forced to confront the devastating diagnosis of liver cancer. After enduring a grueling treatment process and making a remarkable recovery, she shared:

1. Fried and greasy foods
Pork belly, fried chicken, French fries, and similar foods force the liver to work excessively. Long-term fat accumulation can lead to fatty liver disease, hepatitis, and even liver cancer.
Recommendation: Even healthy individuals should limit fried foods to no more than twice a week.
2. Moldy grains and nuts
Peanuts, corn, rice, and other moldy grains or nuts may contain aflatoxin, a powerful mycotoxin known to cause liver cancer.
Even boiling or frying cannot destroy this toxin. Once mold is detected, the entire batch must be discarded—never cut off the moldy part and continue eating the rest.
3. Alcoholic beverages
The liver is the body’s “alcohol-processing factory.” Excessive drinking damages liver cells and can easily lead to cirrhosis and liver cancer.

Daily recommendation: 1 egg + 100g of meat or fish, preferably steamed or boiled rather than fried.
