Every evening before going to bed, the wealthy husband forced his wife to put on special clean clothes and then
bathe in a tub containing five deadly poisons because he was convinced that only this would allow her to give birth to
a son. But on the day of the delivery, when the doctor picked up the newborn for the very first time, he was horrified by
what he saw.
Before sharing a bed with her on their wedding night, the billionaire husband suddenly gave his young wife a
condition that made her blood run cold.
— Within one year, you must give me a son. Only a son, nothing else. And I know exactly how to make that happen.

The following evening, he led her into a large bathroom. Sitting on the edge of the spotless white bathtub was a dark
container filled with an almost black liquid.
— Starting today, every night before bed, you’ll wear only clean clothes and then bathe in this solution. It contains the
five most dangerous poisons in the world. They won’t harm you if everything is done correctly, but they will help you
give birth to a son. All my friends did the same thing. It’s a one-hundred-percent guarantee.
— That’s impossible… — the young woman whispered in fear.
— Don’t argue with me, — he interrupted. — Just do what I tell you.
Every evening followed the same routine. She put on a fresh light-colored pajama set, walked into the empty
bathroom, and waited for her husband to bring in a plastic container filled with a murky, nearly black liquid. He slowly
poured it into the bathwater and watched with a faint smile as his wife carefully lowered herself into the tub.
The smell was so overpowering that it made her dizzy. Sometimes her eyes watered. Sometimes she struggled to
breathe. But her husband simply glanced calmly at his watch.
— Ten more minutes. Don’t get out any earlier.
She sat there silently, hugging her knees, while he stood beside her without taking his eyes off her, as though he were
conducting some bizarre experiment.
This continued month after month.
Six months later, the young woman became pregnant.
Her husband was overjoyed.
— See? I told you it worked.
Throughout all nine months of the pregnancy, he forced her to continue these strange rituals, insisting that otherwise
the baby might not be born the way it was supposed to be.
Then the day of the delivery arrived.
The husband paced nervously back and forth through the hallway of the private clinic, repeating the same sentence

A few hours later, the doctor came out of the delivery room carrying the baby. He looked confused and remained
silent for several seconds, as if he didn’t know how to begin.
— Who is the baby’s father? — he finally asked.
— I am, — the billionaire answered confidently, stepping forward.
The doctor looked at him slowly.
— I have very bad news.
He carefully unfolded the blanket.
It was indeed a boy. But his right arm was severely underdeveloped, the fingers on his left hand were fused together,
and his face was badly deformed. The baby struggled to breathe and barely moved.
The wife burst into tears.
— Why?… Why did this happen?
The doctor let out a heavy sigh.
— During the pregnancy, the fetus was exposed to extremely toxic substances. This can happen after prolonged
exposure to dangerous poisons or chemicals. We will do everything we can to save the baby, but many of the
changes are already irreversible.
The woman slowly turned toward her husband.
— Is this… because of your baths?
The billionaire remained silent.
The doctor looked at him, then at her, in surprise.
— What baths?
Through her tears, she explained how every evening her husband had forced her to spend hours lying in water
containing five dangerous poisons, convincing her that it would guarantee the birth of a son.
The doctor’s expression changed instantly.
— Do you realize that this isn’t an ancient remedy or a traditional practice? This is severe poisoning of the body. It is
most likely the cause of your child’s serious congenital birth defects.
Silence filled the hospital room.
For the first time, the husband couldn’t say a single word.
A few days later, investigators launched an official investigation. During a search of the house, they discovered
several containers filled with toxic substances, along with notebooks in which the man had spent years collecting
