1. Soft-Boiled Eggs
Nowadays, many people prefer soft-boiled eggs. However, when eggs are not fully cooked, the yolk remains semi-liquid. This moist environment encourages the rapid growth of bacteria. When soft-boiled eggs are stored at room temperature, the number of bacteria, including Salmonella, can skyrocket.
After being left overnight, the nutritional value of the egg declines, and the stability of the proteins and vitamins is compromised. Moreover, soft-boiled eggs develop a bitter taste after sitting overnight — not only making them unpleasant to eat but also posing health risks.

2. Seafood
