
DIY Collagen Powder Recipe for Glowing Skin & Thick Hair

Instructions
Roasting

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame.

Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, fennel seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and poppy seeds.
